Practise capitals now. Practise these with the shift key, pressing the key with the little finger of the opposite hand to the one you are typing with. So, if you need P, use the left shift key, if you are typing G, use the little finger of the right hand. For more than a few capitals in a row, press CAPS LOCK.

These rules are not hard and fast requirements. For example, if you are typing PDQ, you may want to hold down the left shift key, and stretch to hit the DQ with the wrong finger of the left hand. This will not affect your typing too much because it happens very rarely that you have to type several capitals in a row.
